Customer: One of Europe’s largest passenger operators carrying some 5.1 million passengers daily. This organisation has revenues of over £22 billion per year from its passenger transport, infrastructure and services, and transport logistics businesses.

Requirement: After a successful bid for the franchise to run a railway service in a major global city, this company needed a completely new IT infrastructure capable of supporting 250 concurrent Citrix users at any given time.
