Help Desk

EACS Technical Services helpdesk is manned by qualified and experienced technical staff. All calls are recorded in our computerised help desk system so problems can be tracked, reported and escalated where necessary. EACS can provide tailored support services for Citrix solutions implemented in your organisation.

On Site Support
